Fourth Watch is operated by Last 1 Enterprises, doing business as Fourth Watch / Meter Watch. Contact: hello@meterwatch.app.

• We never sell or share personal information.
• This site loads nothing from third parties: no ads, no analytics beacons, no outside fonts.
• An address you type stays in this browser. Your civic map stays in this browser. Neither is uploaded.
• A ballot stores a random browser id and a ranking. A rate limit stores a daily-salted hash of the network address. The address is not stored. Yesterday's salt is deleted.
• Email is optional. It is stored only after you confirm it, or as unconfirmed until you do. We do not share it. Ask us to delete it at hello@meterwatch.app.
• We do not collect plates, VINs, or officer names, badge numbers, or locations.
• We give data to a government agency only when a court order compels it, and we say so in the transparency report unless the law forbids that notice.
